Coalition Applauds States Standing Up for Sovereignty
National Association of Christian Lawmakers
Rejects WHO, UN and WEF Threats
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Among the most insidious assaults on this country perpetrated by the Biden-Harris administration has been its stealthy enabling of “world government” at the expense of our national sovereignty, constitutional Republic and personal freedoms.
Notably, the administration has agreed to not one, but two, treaties conferring unprecedented powers on unaccountable international bureaucrats at the World Health Organization and the United Nations. These accords – which Team Biden has not submitted to the Senate for its approval, presumably out of fear that it would reject both – would allow their leaders, respectively WHO Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, to declare emergencies and dictate what nations must do in response.
On December 14, 2024, the National Association of Christian Lawmakers (NACL) adopted a resolution rejecting such affronts to our sovereignty and the powers reserved for the states. The Sovereignty Coalition encouraged this initiative and urges every state, at a minimum, to enact this model resolution and, if possible, binding legislation to a similar effect – thereby rejecting the subversive treaties promoted by the WHO, the UN, the World Economic Forum and the Biden administration.
Key elements of the NACL resolution included the following:
WHEREAS, the State of _________is a sovereign governmental entity and through its elected officials, including the members of the legislature of __________ is the appropriate entity to make law and policy for the people of the State of __________; and
WHEREAS, the political subdivisions of the State of ___________are legally constituted pursuant to the authority of the ____________Constitution and the __________Statutes and each such entity has a governing board equally capable of making decisions related to the health and welfare of the people of the State of___________; and
WHEREAS, the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) are not government entities and do not have any authority to make law or policy that impacts the lives of the people of the State of ___________; and
WHEREAS, the people of the State of ____________ have fundamental rights which should not be subject to the influence of non-governmental entities such as the WHO, the UN or the WEF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ___________THAT the World Health Organization, the United Nations and the World Economic Forum should have no jurisdiction in the State of______________.
