“Liberation Day” 2.0:
Coalition Salutes President Trump’s Extraction of the U.S. from the W.H.O.
Response to Tedros’ Malfeasance, World Government Gambits
Washington, D.C – The Sovereignty Coalition celebrates the actualization of President Trump’s decision – initially announced during his first term and, following its cancellation by President Joe Biden, its reaffirmation on January 20, 2025 – to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization. It became final today, ending the direct threat to American sovereignty posed by the WHO’s insidious efforts to advance world government.
It is extremely gratifying that the Sovereignty Coalition’s opposition to the efforts of unaccountable international elites and bureaucrats to replace America’s constitutional Republic with “global governance” were shared by Mr. Trump. His withdrawal from the WHO was an appropriate and necessary response to the danger posed by the largely opaque use of international agreements and diplomatic shenanigans behind closed doors to give unprecedented powers over our public health to the WHO Director General, former leader of a Marxist-Leninist movement while in Ethiopia. Americans want no part of a reprise of the sort of life-threatening malfeasance perpetrated by Tedros Ghebreyesus during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The U.S. can and should continue to lead the world in countering pandemics. The place to start is by recognizing their single most dangerous source: namely, the CCP’s illegal biological weapons program which unleashed on us and others the COVID biowarfare attack.
Frank Gaffney, Co-Founder of the Sovereignty Coalition, stated: “It is predictable that the Chinese Communist Party and its proxies running international organizations like the United Nations, the WHO and the World Economic Forum will continue their quest to institutionalize ‘global governance’ at the expense of national sovereignty and individual freedoms. But President Trump’s withdrawal from the World Health Organization can – and must – demonstrate that the United States will not be party to or otherwise enable that toxic agenda.”
Reggie Littlejohn, Co-Founder of the Sovereignty Coalition, said, “Today is a day of victory for those who fought so long and hard for the United States to exit the WHO. We encourage the rest of the world to join the United States and Argentina in taking back national sovereignty over health care. The WHO poses further threats through the promotion of Digital Health IDs, which can be used to create a Chinese-style Social Credit System worldwide. Their Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS) system will greatly increase the risk of lab leaks and bio-terrorist attacks. In my opinion, the world would be better off without the WHO.”
