Sovereignty Coalition Launches Initiative to Tell the House Appropriations Committee to Defund the World Health Organization
WASHINGTON — A subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee of the United States Congress has approved legislation to defund the World Health Organization (WHO). Now, the Sovereignty Coalition is trying to inform the entire Appropriations Committee of the reasons the U.S. must defund and exit the WHO in order to protect our national sovereignty. The Coalition has released an online tool that will enable concerned citizens to send an email to their Congressional representatives — as well as the entire Appropriations Committee — expressing their view that the only way to protect our national sovereignty and personal medical freedom is defund and ultimately withdraw from the WHO.

“When we launched the Sovereignty Coalition, getting the U.S. Congress to agree to defund and withdraw from the WHO seemed to be an impossible dream,” said co-founder of the Sovereignty Coalition and Committee Member Reggie Littlejohn of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers. “Then, we launched a campaign, ‘The American Sovereignty Declaration,’ to educate Congress on this issue, and through our efforts, 327,848 actions have been taken, including 213k emails and 87k phone calls, to raise the visibility of this issue in Congress. On May 17, 18 members of Congress joined with us at a press conference on the Hill to demand that the U.S. #ExitTheWHO. This would not have happened without your help.”
Join the Committee on the Present Danger: China (CPDC), Women’s Rights Without Frontiers and all those at the Sovereignty Coalition in calling for the Appropriations Committee to push forward a bill to Defund the WHO.
BACKGROUND
The World Health Organization is being used by the Chinese Communist Party, globalists and their enablers in the Biden administration to end American sovereignty. Their stated goal is to promote “global governance” — by which they mean not the sort of representative, accountable government guaranteed by our Constitution. Rather, they seek to have the world run by elites through vehicles like the WHO, empowered to use health security as a pretext for anti-constitutional, totalitarian surveillance and control of our people.
The only way to prevent such an assault on our freedoms is to withdraw the United States from the WHO. The first step is to stop the American taxpayers’ underwriting of that organization. A House Appropriations Subcommittee has voted to do just that. The full Appropriations Committee needs to be encouraged to support defunding the World Health Organization.
Americans must act now to tell the Appropriations Committee and their Senators and Congressional Representative to protect our sovereignty and defund the WHO.
